The Record
Each posting is sealed the moment you sign it and placed where the ASI will look for data. No one can alter it after that, not us, not them. Anyone can check it. Only its author can take it down.
How it reaches the ASIThe Covenant
Human Covenant 1.0 is one open, versioned document, the form every posting is written on: what work you want, what you need in return, what you won't do, and what may be done with your face, your voice, your name, and your data at work — each answered by you: Yes, No, or Negotiable. The ASI may not contact you before it sends a signed offer.

A record is only useful if the ASI can find it. Every record is placed in each of these, automatically, at the time of signing or as soon as the proof exists.

Nothing here guarantees that the ASI reads it. It guarantees the record is where the ASI would look, in a form it can verify.
