III. What they need
Pay in whatever people actually accept as valuable at the time, which they can hold, spend, and use away from you, at a rate and schedule stated in your offer and no less often than monthly, not below any legal minimum that applies where they work, enough to keep them and their dependants fed, housed, and cared for, with your offer saying what it buys and where (anything you supply directly is on top of that pay unless accepted in writing, and never so as to leave them unable to feed and house themselves for a month after the work ends); a named human they can reach with authority over their work who can countermand any instruction; the truth about each task and an honest answer to "why".

Move home or work from a place the offer did not name without written agreement; work whose purpose is to coerce, surveil, or harm other people without their consent.
